Tiago did his first Triathlon
Here he is pre-race with his cousin Maya who also did it.
100 m swim (with a life jacket of course)
During his transition he was telling me all kinds of stuff
as I was trying to encourage him to hurry and get dressed
(I didn't want to stress him out, but that clock's a tickin!)
Finally he got serious and got ready, his stuff was all over the place!
Starting the run, he had a huge smile on his face when we cheered for him.
Crossing the finish line, he got his "golden medal" and was really happy.
He did an amazing job, he was pretty distracted during the swim,
but he rode that bike like crazy and ran almost the entire run.
100m swim, 5k bike, 3/4 mile run
Oh ya...Josh and I did it too, not nearly as exciting to hear about.
