ARRG...we decided to be pirates...I'm sure there won't be too many more years when I can persuade my boys so easily on what to be for Halloween. We did a trunk-or-treat and downtown Tooele. Quite a few kids came around our neighborhood Halloween night and Tiago and Keyan just loved handing out candy to them...they sat on the front porch and waited for kids to come.

Once again, I was trying really hard to be a cool mom so I made this Halloween pasta and covered it with regular cheddar cheese,( instead of making macaroni and cheese from a box.) And...Tiffany and I couldn't get enough of it and the kids each ate 1-2 spoonfuls max. I had to make a second lunch for them! Dang kids.

I love your themed costumes. One of these years, I will force my family to do a theme. We tried the downtown tooele thing this year and it was madness. We only stayed for an hour so we didn't get to all the stores, but it was fun with all the chaos. Maybe we'll do better next year. Oh, and we did stop by your house, but we were kind of late. It was a tiny bit after 8 p.m. so we just took a tootsie roll from the box.
