I constantly go back and forth in my head about whether or not having an open blog is worth the risk. I really have no idea how many people (that I want to) are looking at the blog, over the next week I want to get an idea of who is checking in on our family so if you would please put your email address in the comment section of this post that way if I decide to go private with the blog I can put your email as someone who can access it.
